Happy Birthday, Mrs. Bailey

Sheriff McMahon joined other members of the Howard County community in celebrating Ms. Vivian “Millie” Bailey’s 100th birthday. Millie has been a huge asset to the Howard County community over the years. She has helped raise funds for Running Brook Elementary School, continues to prepare “care” packages for deployed troops and serves on the HCPD Citizens Advisory Council which Millie is a founding member. Howard County Executive Allan H. Kittleman and the members of the Howard County Council proclaimed last night that the entire month of February would be “Millie Bailey Month.” Happy Birthday and congratulations on a century of dedication and love to the Howard County Community!
